You don't need to write to us to delete your account: you can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web.

Reporting a size? Tell us what you think is wrong and, if you can, where you found a different number. How we measure sizes explains what each size measures.

What happens to your message

Your message goes to our support mailbox as an email, and we use your address only to reply to you. Reports of a wrong size are also saved so we can track them; the public correction log never shows your email address or your message. The privacy policy has the details.
